Good Afternoon ASMs and Adults! Thank-you all for the help in a successful start to the year and to all those who have supported outings so far this year! During the June PLC on 03 June I would like to hold a planning meeting for all current ASMs and any adults interested in becoming ASMs to ensure the second half of our program year is covered for Adult supervision – as many of us have discussed, we are aiming to have 3-4 adults at every campout/event to ensure we have the flexibility to deal with the unforeseen circumstances that always pop-up (sick kids or adults, injuries, having to split the campers into multiple groups etc…).  If you have not participated in supporting any events this year – please review the upcoming events and find an opportunity to join us in the outdoors! No worries if you don’t have much experience camping – we have plenty of equipment and knowledgeable leaders in the troop to help you get out and enjoy some fresh air!  If we do not get enough volunteers, we will have to look at cancelling these opportunities for the boys to get out and explore.
