Philmont 2021 Crew Training Day Hike

Location: Mathews Arm Overall Run Trail (https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/virginia/mathews-arm-overall-run-trail)

Distance: 9 Miles / 2,400' Elevation Gain

Departure Time: We will meet at Trailside by 7:00am and depart by 7:15am

Return Time: We should return in the evening around 4:00pm

Pack Weight: 50% – 100% of Full Load

What to bring: We will be on the trail all day, bring plenty of water, snacks and lunch.
