DESCRIPTION:Troop 58's Chartered Organization St. David's is organizing a blood drive this Sunday in coordination with INOVA.  The church has made this last minute request for help from a few Scouts to help as a "host" on the donor bus and to hand out refreshments after donors donate blood.  We will also need a Scout to serve as the messenger between the bus and registration desk to communicate readiness for additional donors.   \nWe should have a couple of Scouts two scouts present at a time.  Class A uniforms.  Please RSVP for one or many hour long time slots and avoid having more than two Scouts in any hour: \n10:00AM \n11:00AM \n12:00PM \n1:00PM \nI can only be there from 10AM-11AM so adult leaders and parents please sign up.  If you have any questions please contact Mr. Shen 703-863-5845.

Members ensure quality adult leadership is recruited and trained. \nhandles troop administration and is responsible for finances\, adequate funding\, and disbursements in line with the approved budget. \nobtains\, maintains\, and properly cares for troop property. \nensures the troop has an outdoor program with a minimum of 10 days and nights of camping per year.\nserve on boards of review and plan and conduct courts of honor. \nsupport the Scoutmaster in working with individual boys and handling problems that may affect the overall troop program. \nprovides for the special needs and assistance some boys may require and helps with the Friends of Scouting campaign. \nhandles charter renewal and advancement and ensures adults are current with Youth Protection training.
