SUMMARY:New Scout Campout
DESCRIPTION:This will be our cross-over Scouts’ first campout with Troop 58 – and without their parents!The weekend will be filled with scout skills training\, great camping food\, a big campfire\, etc. – everything our brand new Boy Scouts need to get off on the right foot in Troop 58!PLC members are expected to attend and camp for the night.REMEMBER – we travel to/from all campouts in class A uniform (without neckerchief).Location details – https://bearsdencenter.org/Please direct any questions to SPL Sam Wall\, the scout lead\, or to Eric Grabbins\, the Scoutmaster.  Gear List:https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GZ6Pjm5GWDeDfgTgCH7vwSICtFjkUcOhq09i5O9gF8Q/edit?usp=sharingMuster:We will meet at Trailside Middle School (TMS).  The Troop will load gera into the Trailer at TMS and then depart for the campground.Permissions slips and medication (if needed) will be collected at this time.  Please find the permissions slip in the “Details” section below.Medication:If you need to take medication during the trip please ensure medication is clearly labelled with Scout name and dosage and (IMPORTANT) provide a separate 3×5 index card with clearly written instructions.  This card is kept separately from the medication and is used to plan and track administration.Return:Return time is approximate Troop will provide an update ETA to TMS when leaving the campsite Sunday morning.
