Spring Fellowship is an opportunity for Arrowmen from throughout the Lodge to come together for a weekend of fun\, outdoor activities\, and service to Camp Will B Snyder. This year\, we have an exciting program for all Arrowmen which includes tomahawk throwing\, branding\, carnivalgames\, and other fun activities! If you want to take advantage of the branding\, the lodge will have the totem for branding anything leather (belts\, wallets\, rounders\, etc.)\, baseball caps\, or wooden blocks. Please join us at Camp William B. Snyder April 25-27 for this great event!Please be reminded that the youth hold lodge level elections at Spring Fellowship. This is your opportunity to elect your lodge leadership team for the coming year and\, if so desired\, an opportunity to run for a leadership position.Spring Fellowship will be held at Camp William B. Snyder and we will be camping\, so bring your tent\, sleeping bag\, and other personal camping gear. Please eat your Friday dinner before you arrive\, since we will have only a cracker barrel that evening.Please note: If you are a Passport Holder\, you must register for Fellowship. There is a no-cost Passport Holder registrant type for you to select when registering. DESCRIPTION:Service hours oppty on Sat\, Apr 26! Reminder to current Star rank Scouts – req’t 4 states that 3 of your 6 service hours must be conservation-related\, so this is a great oppty to serve and fulfill that part of the requirement.  Not a Troop-sponsored event\, so parents need to approve their Scout’s participation.If you attend\, please contact Mrs. Quinn after the event to confirm your participation and how long you served.Tree-Planting Event April 26\, 2025: Members of the public are invited to participate in a tree-planting event for the River Bend Stream & Outfall Restoration Project Saturday\, April 26\, 2025\, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Loudoun County will be planting about 500 trees of native species. Volunteers are welcome to help plant the trees. Anyone who would like to help plant trees should dress appropriately (gloves and older clothes). Anyone who wants to get in the stream should wear waders or muck boots\,  Stream monitors will be conducting benthic surveys\, the process for identifying insects and organisms inhabiting the stream. There will also be opportunities for litter clean up as well as self-guided stream tours.Parking will be at the River Bend Middle School parking lot\, 46240 Algonkian Parkway in Sterling\, 20165.
